Bulgarian Event for year 2024

In 2020, our country was approved to host the European Showdown Championship, but due to the pandemic, the championship did not take place. Now, four years later, we once again have the opportunity and honor to host the Showdown Championship in August 2024.

The application to host was evaluated and approved by both of the "Ministry of Youth and Sports" and International Sports Federation of the Blind IBSA.

The European Showdown Championship will be held between 5th to 11th August 2024 in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The event is under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev.
